Dr. Carolyn Thompson (maiden name), who is a native to Washington D.C., is a mother, grandmother, teacher, writer, minister, and prayer intercessor. She is a graduate of McKinley High in Washington D.C., University of Maryland College Park, Cal State Bakersfield, Kingdom University, NYACK College, and Summit Bible College. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, a ministerial certificate from Kingdom University, as well as a Doctor of Divinity degree from Summit Bible College. She has taught  junior high and elementary school in both regular and special education classes for the last 35 years as well as served as a Sunday school teacher, minister, choir member, and altar worker. Her greatest accomplishment is the clandestine hours spent behind the scenes as a prayer warrior and intercessor. She has learned there is nothing that cannot be fixed by prayer. She sees prayer, praise, worship, and fasting as an adventure one gets to take which has endless possibilities because, with God, nothing is impossible.
